Mr. Rosales began his career as a General Manager in the music industry at Ropeadope/Atlantic Records in New York City. Skilled at developing a concept into a winning communications campaign, he directed a music label – promotions, marketing and branding – the Grammy award nominated Spanish Harlem Orchestra's first album.

A life long Philadelphian with strong ties to the community. Experienced in fundraising and budgeting for various types of campaigns for health and cross-cultural communication. He has vast experience effectively leading a diverse population.
