We Hire Qualified Translators
   
A. Recruitment Pre-Qualifications:
 • Translators must have one or two of the following 
    requirements:
 • ATA accreditation OR Interpreters Certification 
 • 5 years of experience in translating for a specific 
    industry area 
 • OR Translation certification by an accredited university 

B. Selection and linguistic requirements
 • Show translations samples 
 • Pass a translation test (evaluated by two of our best 
   translators).
 • Pass a language Test (English and Native Language)

C. Selected translators go through the following trainings 
 • Plain language translations principles
 • Translation process and procedures
 • Translation standards and forms (brief, project management 
    process and electronic tools)

D. Selected translators agree to follow RC
 • Guidelines 
 • QA tools and check lists
