Rosales Communications (RC) Description:
Since 1994, RC has been leading and helping organizations serving diverse communities across the United States. Our mission is to provide our clients with the services and skills they need to develop highly effective strategies and consumer-centered messages designed to engage and inform audiences and inspire them to take action. We achieve this through our experienced and diverse staff, community knowledge, dedicated commitment in service and by establishing long-term working relationships. Our team of professionals and consultants develop resources to assess, build and implement custom programs, documents, trainings and strategic solutions.

Community Outreach:
Unique and effective multicultural grassroots community outreach enables our clients to reach, educate, influence and motivate their diverse target audiences. We assist our clients to assess, evaluate and analyze diverse community issues, opinions and needs to design programs, materials, messages, initiatives and products. We conduct bilingual focus groups/needs assessments, and surveys for local and national organizations.
Publishing:
We help you develop creative publications and programs that increase clients’ motivation, behavior change, promote services and resources to their diverse audience. We help you develop multimedia easy-to-read materials and translations.
Marketing:
We help you with effective campaigns with a multicultural identity, branding; and strategic promotional activities. We develop all collateral culturally appropriate, messages, educational, advocacy, promotional and advertising materials. We develop consumer oriented and culturally appropriate educational and social marketing programs.
Public Relations
We assist conduct a strategic analysis of community needs and goals to develop an effective public relations strategy that will receive local, regional and national attention. We assist you with media placement and marketing initiatives that will increase market share, value, and generate public awareness. We help our clients with community relations and strategic partnership development with diverse community organizations, businesses and community.
